Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at info@archiveseventyseven.com. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for standard returns and sizing issues. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Archive Seventy Seven will cover return-shipping costs when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return window and are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@archiveseventyseven.com with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you when it is approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it is issued.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Requests are reviewed before approval and cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
