Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during product launches or periods of high order volume. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
- Standard shipping is $8 on orders below $70.
- Express shipping is $15.
Shipping times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Selecting Express shipping does not eliminate order-processing time.
Tracking
A shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Address-change and cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs when an order is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
Delivery Issues
Archive Seventy Seven is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is lost, damaged in transit or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us at info@archiveseventyseven.com. We will assist with the carrier’s claim process when possible.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. This policy will be updated when additional markets are activated.
